Thank you, Hans.  I was wondering if you have used external speakers with both models and if so whether they sound the same then or different.

Hi Scott, both keyboards sound great depending on the speakers. in my case I use the DXR10 with the mixer MG10XU, both of Yamaha. There may be other brands of better quality, but also much more expensive. however, I feel very good with what I have.  Greetings.  Hans
