Style Manager Series

Michael P. Bedesem has created a group of terrific freeware utility programs that support Yamaha PSR and Tyros arranger keyboards. They provide users with additional capabilities for managing style, registration, and song files. The programs have been designed to operate on a PC with the Windows™ Operating System (95 or later) at a screen resolution of 800 X 600 (1024 X 768 or greater recommended). Clicking on the utility name for additional information and to download the file. Note: all of these utilities are provided on the PSR Tutorial CD-ROM.

Registration Fix

This program converts registration files made on one PSR so that they can be opened on another instrument. Because of file format limitations, registrations can only be converted within a family of instruments. RegFix supports several instruments in two families: 1) Tyros 2/ Tyros/ PSR-3000/ CVP-307/ PSR-S900 with file extensions RGT.2) PSR-2000 – CVP-208 registrations with file extension REG. The functionality of the program is more limited for this family than for the Tyros/3000.
